Easy Exchange Policy
Want to exchange something? No problem! (please note that sale items cannot be returned for an exchange)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please note that returns must abide by the following:
- The item/s are returned within 7 days of items being delivered
- The item/s are in the original condition
- The items are in their original packaging
- The item/s are unworn or unused
- The receipt or proof of purchase and waybill must accompany the item/s being returned
Delivery for exchanges
There is a delivery cost of R70 for exchanges.
To exchange your product, you should email email@example.com with the following info:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number/s
- Product name and size
- Reason for your exchange
- Product name and size you would like to exchange for
- Let us know which address the courier company should pick up your return from
As soon as you have logged your exchange, you should receive an email confirming that our courier company will be in touch to arrange collection.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then we will inform you of that and the amount for the exchange. Please note that exchanges may take up to 5 working days, provided we have received payment for the exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
